Compound Bow

Compound Bow

A compound bow is a modern bow that uses a levering system, usually of cables and pulleys, to bend the limbs which in term makes the poundage of the bow be much lighter when fully pulled back to locking point. The lightness of the bow when drown makes it very attractive to hunters and sports fanatics because the bow could be a high poundage that the user can just pull back, but then he can hold it for any length of time until his has his shot.

The compound bow is one of the most customisable bows out there, some extras are show in this picture
like the bow sight which can be used burning the night, peep sight which can help aim the bow faster, arrow quiver on the bow making the time till the next shot shorter then if you have a quiver on your waist and the stabiliser which stops the bow from vibrating burning the shot by allowing it to pass though it instead.

Recurve Bow

Recurve Bow
A recurve bow has tips that curve away from the archer when the bow is strung. By definition, the difference between recurve and other bows is that the string touches a section of the limb when the bow is strung. A recurve bow stores more energy and delivers energy more efficiently than an equivalent straight-limbed bow
